Prayer
God,
our light and our salvation: illuminate our lives, that we may see your
goodness in the land of the living, and looking on your beauty may be changed
into the likeness of Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen
Collect for the Twentieth Sunday
after Trinity
O
Almighty and most merciful God,
of thy bountiful goodness keep us, we beseech thee, from all things that may
hurt us; that we, being ready both in body and soul, may cheerfully accomplish
those things that thou wouldest have done; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
