Jesus is born

A Christmas Greeting from our Vicar,
the Reverend Richard Phillips:
Welcome to Christmas! Reflecting on this momentous year, I am reminded that, in coming to live a human life as Jesus, God assures us that He's never going to give up on the world He created.

If you are left with any questions, comments about our services, or suggestions about the way your churches serve the local community, please email me on reverend.richard.phillips@gmail.com, or call the vicarage on 208987.

In the meantime, can I thank you on behalf of my family for the tremendous welcome we've received since moving here in September, and wish you a blessed Christmas.

Richard

Christmas Eve - Children's Crib Service

Please come along at 3.30pm on Christmas Eve to watch or take part in our Children's Crib service, where we will hear and act out the timeless Nativity story, sing carols and share mulled wine and mince pies, all by candlelight. Children are encouraged to come along in Nativity costumes and if anyone knows of the whereabouts of the missing sheep, please bring them along too.  There will be prizes for little shepherds who managed to spot them in Chearsley through advent.

LOST - Where’s Woolly?

Woolly and 23 of his little sheep friends are lost all over Chearsley again.
Can you help us find them and reunite them with their shepherd before Christmas Day? If you spot one, write its name down next to its number, then bring the sheet to church at 3.30pm on Christmas Eve, to win a finder's prize and see all the sheep reunited.
